Interoperability for ble_wss Weight Scale Service demo? (AEGHB-1324) #616

General issue report
I'm trying to use the https://github.com/espressif/esp-iot-solution/blob/master/examples/bluetooth/ble_services/ble_wss/ demonstration, and it shows up in nRF Connect just fine, but no bluetooth scale app that I can find recognises this as a functional scale?
What is this meant to be interoperable with? It does appear to be properly implementing a subset of the WSS, but... how do you then use it?!
