Feature description

Dear Espressif Team,

I would like to request the addition of installation steps and detailed instructions for configuring the "ESP Thread Border Router" board as a Zigbee Gateway. Currently, the documentation covers only the setup and configuration of the Thread Border Router, but this board is equipped with a Zigbee module, which opens up additional possibilities.

Missing documentation for Zigbee Gateway:

The "ESP Thread Border Router" board includes hardware support for Zigbee (ESP32-H2), but there are no clear instructions for setting it up as a Zigbee Gateway.
Examples such as esp_zigbee_gateway lack sufficient guidance for integration with Wi-Fi via the ESP32-S3 on this board.
Unnecessarily complex debugging process:

The absence of clear instructions leads to confusion and makes it difficult to integrate Zigbee with Wi-Fi.
In comparison, the Thread setup is well-documented and follows a step-by-step approach.

@mirino75 Different from Thread BR, Zigbee Gateway is a complex device type with no standard implementation, as it is highly dependent on the ecosystem and application design.

Please refer to the existing zigbee gateway examples:

Basic Zigbee Gateway example: A simple starting example with no application logic.
Matter + Zigbee Gateway example: A Zigbee Matter Bridge example, functioning as both a Matter bridge device and a Zigbee Coordinator.
Rainmaker + Zigbee Gateway example: An ESP Rainmaker-based Zigbee gateway solution.

Generally, a Zigbee Gateway acts as a Zigbee coordinator, allowing standard Zigbee devices to join its network and mapping the Zigbee device types to another application's data model (such as Matter or Rainmaker).
