Need UAC 2.0 support in usb_host_uac (IEC-298)

UAC 2.0 has made significant improvements in the descriptor format and the transmission mode of data packets. We will consider supporting it

UPDATE: I never did quite crack it with the ESP, but with the RP2xxx board, I do have a full and mostly working UAC2 implementation. It works quite well, with the exception of one bug: you can't select the audio input device more than once. If you do, it crashes it and you have to reset it or unplug and plug back in. But it never otherwise crashes, skips, hangs, anything. It's very much capable of indefinite real-time audio recording at 48khz 16 bit and fully UAC2.

Oh, hey, I finally have something for y'all. I got UAC2 HS fully functioning on a P4. I made a basic hardware loopback program that can serve as a base project for anything. You need a P4 to really take advantage of this, but you can still use it on an S3 and any other ESP32 that has a USB 2.0 OTG port should work. Which would be any dev board with 2 ports FYI. I'd highly recommend you avoid single port boards from 3rd parties for this, you will want to debug live with the driver enumerated or you'll have a very hard time developing anything further with this.

But I'm re-reading this and realizing: you are looking for Host, not Device? As in, y'all want to connect another audio interface to the esp32 and not use the esp32 as the audio interface itself? If so, what I have won't be helpful. I've turned the ESP32 itself into the audio interface.
