I hope this is the right place for my question

I've bought a SeedStudio XIAO ESP32-C6 to create a Zigbee Device
I want to Create a Gas Consumtion Counter based on a Reed Sensor that also calculates the used Gas into Kilowatt Hours (kWh) since thats the value used for billing here

Is there an example or tutorial how to create a new Home Automation Model "from scratch" ?
Or is there a base Home Automation where i can add needed values/attributes to my need?

I have already found the Zigbee SDK Documentation but have troubles getting the right information out of that big and detailed documentation

@Hitmare Please start with the existing HA examples as a tutorial.

Next, refer to the Zigbee specification to determine the required device type and clusters for your product.
