LSP Editor completions are either too intrusive to not useful (IEP-1309)

Describe the bug
These are the proposals for typing "stati" at the beginning of a line...

It's not even filtered to show items that start with "stati" and shows EVERYTHING with "stati" somewhere in the result.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any source file in any ESP_IDF example
2. Start typing "stati"

Expected behavior
A CONTEXT SENSITIVE result set.

This can be achieved by setting this clangd option: --all-scopes-completion=false

@AndriiFilippov I'm sorry but adding --all-scopes-completion=false doesn't change anything.

If anything, things are worse now than they were 2 years ago when I opened this issue...

It's highlighting individual characters instead of by consecutive characters.
