Create GUI to help to build an ArcGIS Feature Layer Definition from a SQL sentence #9

I think the ArcGIS Feature Layer Definition is not documented anywhere, at least not like the web map spec, right? (this is the most advanced documentation I have found).
If that's the case... I think It would be nice to have a simple GUI capable of doing the translation in order to facilitate the layer/table creation process through the REST API. Something like this:
