Scroll bars missing

Hello,

I use the current version 1.0.6 in Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a) and remember that once the editor view had scroll bars (and it should have, as it can be seen in your screenshots).
But somehow the scroll bars are missing now. Can I activate them somehow via the preferences?
