Please change flag for language 'ka' and country 'GE' #81
Description
For Georgian language and country Republic of Georgia is used an old flag (file eclipse-rbe-plugin/icons/countries/ge.gif). Since 2004 Georgia has a new flag (called 'Five crosses').

I prepared the new flag as was an old file ge.gif with new content. Please change flag of Georgia to the attached file
