Issue: Dashboard focus when workspace file is moved

Describe the bug

When I save my VSCode workspace as a new/different file, Front Matter opens a new Dashboard tab while leaving the old dashboard open. The links on the old dashboard stop working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a VSCode workspace from a *.code-workspace file
2. Open the dashboard (if not already open), test links (for instance click a title to open the markdown file)
3. File > Save Workspace As > save it somewhere else
4. A new Dashboard opens, the links on the initial dashboard stopped working

Expected behavior

I would expect Front Matter to either reuse the dashboard tab or close the old one when opening a new one.

Device:

• Front Matter CMS Version: 10.8.0
• Browser: VSCode
