source-salesforce-native: Replace connector-specific incremental CSV processing with the CDK's IncrementalCSVProcessor.

I confirmed that incremental CSV processing still works as it did previously
by running a capture on a local stack for the EmailMessage object—
a notoriously large object in Salesforce that necessitated optimizations to
the connector’s (formerly connector-specific) CSV processing to handle correctly.
