Display provider-specific logo for Azure data-planes

Azure data-planes are supported by the product and the data-plane provider-specific logo should be used instead of the fallback icon.

Below are the base requirements for this feature:

• Display the data-plane provider-specific logo for Azure data-planes where applicable.
