[Antithesis] Instrumenting the etcd image

What would you like to be added?

in the antithesis workflow:

• Build etcd with antithesis instrumentation
• Add a build custom etcd image
• For 3.5.X, maybe v3.6

Why is this needed?

Having instrumentation would help know coverage and help with exploration

To assist the contributors on this issue, these would be the instrumentation steps within a Dockerfile:
