etcd maintained helm chart

Why is this needed?

after bitnami paywalled their images i think there is a need for another free tier chart.
latest tag for their secured image is also not free for i dont know what reason...
Maybe you can push it for the community : )

We don't plan to support Helm. Due to dependence on raft, etcd cluster needs to directly configured with list of members participating in quorum. As managing etcd cluster requires direct communication with etcd, better solution is K8s operator pattern instead of Helm chart. Development is done at https://github.com/etcd-io/etcd-operator
