Missing epf.md page on the website

What content is missing?

The epf.md page has been created but it is not visible on epf.wiki . I think it should be under the home page or with some replacement in "Start here" content.

Yes, found this under the "Protocol Fellowship" tab.

Won't it be better to have this at the start, somewhere around home or start here tab?
