We have actually three different projects in mind:

Conviction voting: a voting system with stakes for passing proposals based on both amount of stake and locking period duration of this stake (i.e. conviction accumulation).

Autonomous Aragon Widgets: it will be a POC on being able to vote in an Aragon DAO from outside the Aragon wrapper, outside the DAO. The goal is to show how Aragon apps can be autonomous i.e. used beyond the Aragon DAO frame.

Aragon sidechain: the idea here is to make a sidechain for a token discount model, so it is possible to manage a DAO on Aragon in a much cheaper manner. This project has already enough devs onboarded.
Team
We are currently around eight people here at the ETHBerlin ready to hack and experiment things to make Aragon grow.
We all have different skills. I think the one we are lacking the most is Solidity. But anyone is welcomed to come along and hack and have a good time.
