Canonical returns duplicate lang value

For example, if my current Craft entry URL is https://my-website/en/plans
using {{ seo.canonical }} return https://my-website/en/en/plans

Steps to reproduce

1. in your twig template, put {{ seo.canonical }} inside of your HTML. You will see incorrect link displayed in the UI.

This is essentially the problem that prompted me to create this issue here #423, thanks for reporting it! It happens in the Link entry in the response headers also.
