Backfill features and add EIPs

We should backfill it for other chains and think about other EIPs that could be useful in this contexxt.
Backfilling EIP155 and EIP1559 could also be automated by analyzing transactions.

The Eteria Mainnet chain config has already been merged into this repo, and the icon is available at:

• https://chainid.network ✅

However, the icon is still not shown on https://chainlist.org ❌

We have properly added:

• "icon": "eteria" in eip155-140.json
• Icon metadata at _data/icons/eteria.json
• Icon binary at _data/iconsDownload/bafkreieuh4toxf5wvysvvylajsfgholhg5tplyzwsfv5f2nvmhr537jp7y

Could you please help trigger a sync or rebuild so the icon displays correctly on Chainlist?
