Where would an off-chain verification layer fit in ERC-4337 flow?

Hi,

I’m exploring a small off-chain verification layer for execution provenance:

• tamper detection
• replay detection
• multi-step continuity checks

No protocol changes — purely off-chain, with optional anchoring.

Question:
Where would something like this realistically fit in ERC-4337 flow?

• bundler-level?
• paymaster validation/audit?
• or strictly external tooling?

Trying to validate practical placement before going deeper.

Would appreciate any guidance.

For context — I already have a working prototype with:

• deterministic verification outputs (reason codes like REPLAY / VERIFY_FAILED)
• optional entropy / signature extensions
• simple anchoring harness

Trying to validate where this fits architecturally before pushing further.
