Improvements with location Hashes + change "overview" to "summary"

During the new tasks for the DPM, I had some interesting feedbacks from @geoknee by pairing with him. 
 
1.  The term for "Overview" in single is deprecated to "Summary" for tenderly.
2. Domain Hash + MessageHash: We should put after simulation since the signers need to execute this command to generate the hash.
