unable to install py_clob_client macOS - tried python 3.13 and 3.10 + tried ckzg from git clone - failed building wheel for ckzg

I could not get py-clob-client installed on mac OS Mojave 10.14.2 (mid 2013 Air).

I've tried python 3.13 and python 3.10. I also tried to install ckzg package by cloning from git.

Here is the issue I posted on py-clob-client repo with detailed error code:

I've installed the latest Xcode, but that also didn't help.

Do I need to use a specific python version (3.9.10? or similar?) to successfully install py-clob-client?

What else could I do?
