Update content on /social-networks page

Context

On the Decentralized social networks use case page, the section "Web2 Social Networks on Ethereum" needs an update.

Reddit discontinued its Community Points feature over a year ago (see source), so this section should be revised accordingly.

Task

Replace the Reddit section with another example of a Web2 social network that utilizes Ethereum and/or any Layer 2 network.

Feel free to make additional improvements to other parts of the article if needed!
