style(tools): convert absolute to relative imports across codebase (#1907)

Convert absolute imports to relative imports within the same package

Changes affect:

* CLI components (eest, eofwrap)
* Test files across all packages
* Pytest plugin components (consume, execute, filler)
* Framework utility modules
