execution-specs t8n claims Constantinople is unsupported

A reminder to follow-up why ethereum-specs-evm now claims that Constantinople is an unsupported fork, it seemed to previously work:

FAILED tests/frontier/opcodes/test_dup.py::test_dup[fork=Constantinople] - Exception: failed to evaluate: Unsupported state fork: Constantinople

Using ethereum/execution-specs@2a592a82 and execution-test-specs 8b54806.

As far as I run eels, Constantinople is supported. But in version of ConstantinopleFix.
