Missing 64-bit Windows binary on website Downloads listing

Looks like v1.17.1 Windows 64-bit library is not available or not listed at https://geth.ethereum.org/downloads.

The file is available by changing the extension when download, https://gethstore.blob.core.windows.net/builds/geth-windows-amd64-1.17.1-16783c16.zip. So not sure if not listed being pulled out or just a bug in the listing on the website.

On another note, the Windows 64-bit binary is available as Geth & Tools library version.

Could still get the Geth 64bit library (zip), by replacing in direct link using https://gethstore.blob.core.windows.net/builds/geth-windows-amd64-[version]-[commit].zip. Just that it is not listed since v1.17.1 in the Releases section.

Not sure who will be able to verify on the blob listing though, since the archive is still downloadable via direct link for the Windows amd64 standalone binary, which means it is uploaded just that the listing was not updated since the site is listing correctly from fetchXMLData() and mapReleasesData().
