Create CI to make sure json-rpc spec's json is properly formatted and a makefile script which formats the files properly #372
Description
We want a
- CI which verifies if the json-rpc spec files are formatted correctly
- A makefile command which formats the json-rpc spec's files in the correct format, so if CI fails the problem can be easily fixed.
