Update ethereumjs website for new release

All urls point to old, deprecated packages. Also, new packages could be added there.

Is this a site we want to revive? It's outdated in every way right now. If it's going to stay online we should keep it updated.

Some sites still point to it. I found it on clientdiversity.com.

I once did this on a very at-least-there-is-something-there level, and also regarding that this is so outdated now we can very well throw a way this version of the website completely.

Since the URL has some prominence (e.g. pretty high ranking on Google "Javascript Ethereum" search) we might want to replace with something else at some point. I would find a more free floating simple static site nice just giving some entrypoint to what is there and some brief intro to EthereumJS and the team or so.

This is still a thing and we should - somewhat - urgently do.

Would very much be a fan of making this a 1-2 step process by default and just independently and bindingly do:

1. Update the https://ethereumjs.github.io/ site and re-write URLs and package names and eventually align some texts so that people are not completely misguided.

And then take the following just as optional if someone feels destined for the task 😋 :

2. Give the site a somewhat more fitting not too extensive redesign better summarize the team and what we are doing and offering.

But again: 1. with dramatically higher priority and can very well be a 1-2 hour side task.
