File Manager Error renaming file / disappearing drives

I tried to rename a file (tmp) in the file manager but failed with the
"Error renaming file" message (see screenshots):

In the meantime, the whole drive disappeared. The stamp may have expired on it, though the warning I get says it will "soon expire" (see screenshot).
So is the warning incorrect?

Two days ago I opened a new drive and it also disappeared. It now wants me to start a new drive. (see attached)
