Item metadata ordering

The order of the item metadata is not so obvious
Suggest that Platform and Constellation are at the beginning and that time of Data begins and ends are next to each other (begins first)

STAC Browser doesn't support this at this point, but I've opened an issue upstream to get this implemented eventually:
