pytest fails despite correcting ray and tensorflow versions

Also, run_scripts train.py gives no output.
I have completed all setup instructions and also cloned https://github.com/natashamjaques/ray repository.
Could you redefine the setup, test, and execution steps more clearly (screenshots/exact commands) so that running the files is achievable?
