Solutions:

  • Tie rarity to actual species distribution at the con (rare species = rare catch)
  • Make rarity dynamic based on how often a fursuiter is caught (more catches = rarer) or (more catches = more common)
  • Provide clear explanation of rarity mechanics in-app
  • Consider removing rarity entirely if meaningful implementation isn’t feasible
