SumUp Integration

For a holistic overview of the inventory and sales, we need to connect the SumUp transaction history with the sponsor / con store desk UI.


Notes:
We will probably require a dedicated API endpoint for this. SumUp's webhook support might be an option - but I think some scheduled query might be more reliable. The SumUp credentials must be protected, so we must do this in a separate pod
