mmc fields in admin ui

MMC has a few extra fields. The attendee service API already supports these, but the admin frontend needs to offer them

- partner (optional text field to enter the significant other nickname)
- gender (male, female, other, don't wish to say (the default))

This needs to be behind a feature toggle in the configuration, we don't want these fields visible for EF.
