receive webhooks from attendee service

once eurofurence/reg-attendee-service#238 is implemented, the room service should receive this webhook, which should trigger a status check for affected attendee.

Cancelled attendees should be removed from their groups / rooms.

The room service should also maintain a cache of all attending attendees, their nicknames, and their avatar URLs.
