unassigned attendees endpoint #98
Description
once #97 is implemented, we can add endpoints to list attendees (with attending status) that are not in a group / not in a room.
We should also have a refresh endpoint that uses the attendee service find endpoint to reconcile status values, nicknames, and avatars in our cache.
