What platform(s) does this occur on?
Android, Web (Mobile)
Device Info
Google Pixel 7, Android 17
What version of the app are you using?
Build version: 1.126.0; Bundle info: dev (prod); Bundle date: 0; Platform: web; Platform version: 0.0.0; Device ID: b1accaba-3883-4fbe-bdff-f7168079cc20
Additional Information
It's also an issue on Bluesky's mobile web experience, so this isn't a new issue for mu; the main issue is that because mu is a web-only experience atm it feels much less native.
I also wonder if once this is resolved, it's worth adding some one-time prompt to mobile users to install as a PWA in case they don't know it's possible?
