Repair Grub 2 needs a Fastboot/UEFI section.

I'm not entirely sure how the process varies, but e.g. properly booting the LiveCD to UEFI (not legacy/BIOS), mounting the EFI system partition, using the right grub-install options (--target-install=x86-64_uefi --efi-directory=…), are all things to consider adding. More and more people are going to need this.
