image-downloader

This repo is intended to be used with the ISIC archive metadata (go to the link, filter the data to the data you want, and then click "Download as zip" -> "Metadata Only" )
It's most useful when you need to download images onto a web server quickly (the script is parallelized) or without a browser (just copy the metadata file on to the server)

It's mostly meant for my personal use, but if you're interested in using it you'll need to do the following:

Download the ISIC metadata off the above website, run the python parse_metadata.py script to combine all of the metadata into a single CSV file (you can see mine in metadata.csv)
Run python build_dataset.py to create a final dataset CSV (data.csv) with a 60/40 benign malignant split
Finally from the location you want to download the images to run python download_images.py to download the images from the ISIC archive
