homeassistant template token not working

I use the homeassistant template for some meter data. Unfortunately, the token doesn't work anymore and evcc wants to login to homeassistant with a user. Here is the problem, that evcc uses the docker container IP-address (http://172.17.0.4:7070) for the challenge to home assistant. Is it somehow possible to use the token again? If not, how can the external URL be set in the docker container?
