I'd like to point out a problem my EV has. It doesn't like discontinued charging sessions and won't reliably resume charging after a disruption. Instead, it quits the session with an "already full" response, at an SoC well below being full. I don't know for certain, but this may not be limited to my model.
I'd like to suggest an operation mode where the optimizer prefers continuous charging, but only among options of equal cost. Charge power itself is rather a constraint to stay within (low current on 3p), so the session runs with as few disruptions as possible. The household battery may consume the remaining surplus, or support the charging power on cloudy days.
I'd suggest an additional term as a secondary goal, like attenuating grid loads is already, depending on the count of restarts for the EV charging.
