API should allow empty arrays imho. Not sure we can change that? I guess optimization doesn't make much sense without a battery ;)

I somewhat agree , but I get the same error, but I've a a batterie from the inverter . Not a big one (9.2kWh), but still.
Not sure if evcc is not providing this batterie to the optimizer or if this is by purpose (which I don't understand for now)
