Describe the bug
The 'key' button to set up an extension (Registration number for DECT, credentials for SIP) is impossible to navigate to/select using the keyboard (See first screenshot). From what I understand, this probably makes the button completely invisible to screen reader users?
Furthermore, all three buttons on extensions and in general most of the document structure lack screen reader labels (see second screenshot). Unlike the other two buttons, the 'key' button also completely lacks a hover text.
