[Feature] Projects Management | Link Related Project in Add and Edit Project Page

Description:

We need to explore adding support for defining relationships between projects. This feature would allow one project to be a sub-project, block the start of another project, or simply be marked as related. While this functionality is already available in Ever Teams, it remains a low priority for Gauzy and is slated for future development. In the meantime, the related dropdown in the UI should be hidden.
