[BUG]: Multiple improvements needed in image editor page.

The Image Editbar has several usability and functionality issues that need to be addressed. Below is a detailed list of problems, along with suggestions for improvements. Videos or screenshots are requested for each issue to better understand and reproduce the problems.

Issue no 1:

Problem: When re-selecting an arrow line, it shrinks unexpectedly.

Expected Behavior: The arrow line should retain its size when re-selected.

Issue no 2:

Problem: The blur effect is either too subtle on big size images and lacks customization options.

Expected Behavior: Add more granular settings for the blur effect (e.g., intensity slider).

Issue no 3:

Problem: Shapes are not accurately reflecting the output result.

Expected Behavior: The output should match the exact location and size of the drag.

Problem: Deleting an arrow component with [Delete] key persists the corners.

Expected Behavior: The entire arrow component, including corners, should be deleted.

• Emoji drag-and-drop positioning is glitchy.

• Emoji preview in the select bar and drop zone differs.

• Selected emoji is not highlighted.

Expected Behavior:

• Smooth drag-and-drop functionality.
