[BUG]: Mobile Hamburger Menu Not Opening

Description:

An issue has been identified in the EverWorks Template project: the hamburger menu of the HeroUI Navbar fails to open on mobile devices. This issue stems from an upstream bug reported in the HeroUI repository: heroui-inc/heroui#4345.

The Navbar implementation in EverWorks Template strictly follows the code provided in the official HeroUI documentation for the Navbar with menu. Due to the upstream bug, the hamburger menu functionality is non-operational in our project.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Access a page in the EverWorks Template project that includes the HeroUI Navbar on a mobile device.
2. Click the hamburger menu icon.
3. Observe that the menu does not open as expected.

Proposed Actions:

1. Create this issue to track the problem within the EverWorks Template project.
2. Monitor the progress of the upstream ticket [heroui-inc/heroui#4345](https://github.com/heroui-inc/heroui/issues/4345) in the HeroUI repository.
3. Once a fix is released by HeroUI, update the HeroUI dependency in EverWorks Template and validate the correction through testing.
