Extend the scope to cover agent hooks?

What do you think about extending the scope of the project to generate hooks for LLM agents? Like:

• Codex: https://developers.openai.com/codex/hooks
• Claude Code: https://code.claude.com/docs/en/hooks

Sounds good! Though lefthook is tightly binded to Git hooks now, but we can support any hook name, and some of them can be Codex or Claude Code hook names (they don't interfere with Git hooks as I see).

I don't have much capacity now, but probably later will grab this task. If you want you can suggest your solution, I'll be glad :)
