Using lefthook for client hooks in a desktop container

I've been working on running lefthook inside a desktop container, so that writers don't need to install anything extra (e.g. Vale, markdown-lint, etc) to get linting on pre-commit.

I seem to have something working. Just install git, Docker or Rancher Desktop, and your fav editor.

This might be generally useful, so I thought I'd share my draft notes in case it's of interest.
