keyboard only/no mouse way to press accept?

In older versions I could just press the key [left] and [enter] and it would allow the application to access the web for my default time.

Now it seems like if I try that it doesn't work and I have to use my mouse each time.

Is there a hotkey or a new way to hit accept without needing the mouse or touchpad? thanks
