Road Map

Here we detail planned features and bug-fixes for upcoming FusionDB Server releases.

Alpha 2

ETA: 2019-08-29

• Updated for eXist-db 5.0.0 final.
• Updated for RocksDB 6.2.2.
• Fix RPM and DEB package permissions issues.
• Fix Systemd startup on Linux/Unix.

Alpha 3

ETA: 2019-09-29

• Develop first-run configuration web-page. Will also replace Launcher vm.properties config on Windows and Mac (https://github.com/evolvedbinary/fusiondb-server/issues/2).
• FusionDB homepage at http://localhost:4059 with links to Fusion Studio, APIs, and eXist-db apps (if installed) (https://github.com/evolvedbinary/fusiondb-server/issues/1).
• Move the Blob Store primary index into RocksDB.
• Experimental NativeValueIndex whose primary index is based on RocksDB.

Alpha 4

ETA: 2019-10-29

• Development of Performance Benchmarks, with historical graphing, which are trigger on Git Commit.
• Performance tuning.
