[ERM-45] Make content tree expanded by default

User Story

As a Rollout Manager user, I want the entire page tree to be expanded by default, so that I can immediately see the full structure without additional clicks.

Proposal

• Display the page tree in an expanded state by default.
• NTH: Add an "Expand All / Collapse All" option to allow quick toggling of the entire tree.

Additional Request

• Make rollaut tool dialog taller by default (define optimal height based on available screen size)

Benefits

• Improves visibility and navigation for users who need to manage rollouts across multiple pages or should be restrictive with the choose
