How to LTO/PLO using codon?

Is there a way to LTO/PLO using something like LLVM BOLT on Codon? Do you have more docs for on this topic?

I think you can simply compile it to LLVM IR or bitcode, then just utilize LLVM's LTO as you do in C++

also is there a way to extend codon to introduce MLIR midpasses before lowering down to LLVM?
